This Shipment Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including shipping times, costs, and guidelines for domestic shipments. Please review this policy before making a purchase to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For landscaping services, we offer local service within the Sugar Grove, Illinois, area and surrounding regions.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. These include:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Delivery times for expedited shipping typically range from 2-3 business days.
  • Same-Day/Next-Day Shipping: Available on select items. If available, this option will be presented at checkout.

All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors like location, product availability, and courier delivery schedules.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your Shipping Address: Shipping rates are determined by your location and the distance from our warehouse.
  • Order Size and Weight: Larger or heavier orders may incur higher shipping fees.
  • Shipping Method: The cost will vary depending on the shipping method you choose (Standard, Expedited, etc.).

4. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: We typically process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or if the items you ordered are out of stock.
  • Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.
  • Expedited Delivery: If you choose expedited shipping, the delivery time will typically be 2-3 business days from the shipment date.
  • Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: If eligible, this service will be provided for local orders, with delivery occurring the same day or the next business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic orders, but certain large items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid any delays.
  • Restricted Items: Some plants or products may have restrictions on where they can be shipped due to agricultural laws, seasonal conditions, or local regulations. We will notify you if any items cannot be shipped to your location.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damaged Products: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographs of the damaged products to process a refund, replacement, or exchange.
  • Missing Items: If your shipment is missing an item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). If you have any trouble tracking your order, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Local holidays

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and help resolve the issue with the carrier.

10. International Shipping

Currently, SwiftHato does not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to addresses within the United States.

11. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.
