Refund and Returns Policy

At SwiftHato, we are committed to providing high-quality plants and landscaping services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.
1. Returns and Exchanges for Plants
We want you to be satisfied with your plants. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy on plants. The following conditions apply:
- Condition of Plants: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the plant must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Plants that have been damaged due to neglect or improper care are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your plants by email at info@swifthato.com or call (630) 466-7396. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for returning plants are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
2. Returns and Exchanges for Landscaping Services
For our landscaping services, we aim to deliver results that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will:
- Assess the Issue: Review the issue and, where possible, arrange a follow-up visit to address any concerns.
- Rectification: If the work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work to resolve the problem at no additional charge.
- Refunds: If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances and at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable, including:
- Custom Orders: Plants or products that are specially ordered or custom-made for your specific needs.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Services Rendered: Once landscaping services have been performed, refunds will not be granted for completed work.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund, return, or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email info@swifthato.com or call (630) 466-7396 to initiate the process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief description of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item or receive a service follow-up.
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item (if applicable) or have reviewed your service request, we will process the refund or arrange the exchange. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your plant or product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
- Damaged Items: Please take photos of the damaged items and send them to us as part of the return request.
6. Cancellations
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by email or phone. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process a full cancellation and refund. If the order has already shipped, the return policy will apply.
Service Cancellation: For landscaping services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
