At SwiftHato, we are dedicated to providing high-quality plants, landscaping services, and exceptional customer experiences. Please read our Sales Policy to understand how we handle sales, pricing, and transactions.
1. Product Pricing
All prices for products and services listed on our website or in-store are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on plant variety, size, availability, and seasonality. Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) will be added to the total price at checkout.
2. Order Process
- Placing an Order: When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products or services listed in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including availability or pricing discrepancies.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order, including your order number and estimated delivery or service date.
- Payment: Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as indicated on our website. Payment processing is secure and handled through trusted third-party services.
3. Availability and Substitution
- Product Availability: While we strive to keep our inventory updated, there may be instances where a product is out of stock. If the item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund if applicable.
- Substitutions: In some cases, if a plant or product is unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative of equal or greater value. If you do not wish to accept the substitute, you may cancel the order or request a refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the type of products ordered. We typically process orders within 1-3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on your location and the size of the order.
- Delivery Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Note: We currently only ship within the United States. For landscaping services, we offer local service within the Sugar Grove, Illinois, area and surrounding regions.
5. Sales Taxes
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and will be added to your total order amount as required by applicable state and local laws.
6. Discounts and Promotions
- Promotions: From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotions, or special offers. These discounts are typically limited-time offers and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified. Promotional pricing will be reflected at checkout.
- Coupons: If you have a valid discount code or coupon, it must be applied at checkout for the discount to be applied. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been processed.
7. Returns and Refunds

8. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@swifthato.com or (630) 466-7396. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once your order has shipped, our return policy will apply.
- Service Cancellations: If you need to cancel a landscaping service, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service date. Cancellations made within this time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee.
9. Sales Tax Exemption
If you are a tax-exempt organization or a reseller, please contact us before placing an order. You will need to provide the appropriate tax exemption documentation, and we will adjust your order accordingly.
